Announcement - Lars Bomholt appointed Managing Director in Garrets

We are very pleased to formally announce that as from 1st January 2022, Lars Bomholt has been appointed Managing Director of Garrets International following the wish of Stanley Morrice to step down from this position. This change was initiated in May 2021 with Lars the past 6 months having gradually taken over the Garrets activities as Deputy Managing Director.

Lars Bomholt takes over the role as new Managing Director after 6 months as Deputy Managing Director.

Lars has been with Wrist close to 10 years and joins Garrets from a position of Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of Wrist Ship Supply, and Lars consequently understands the organisation, the Garrets model, customer portfolio and the dynamics in the business.

Stanley Morrice will as of 1st January replace Wrist Group CEO Jens Holger Nielsen as Chairperson of Garrets International in addition to his current Chairpersonships of Van Hulle and Strachans. Stanley will in addition be working on a number of acquisition projects for the group.

Stanley Morrice will continue as Chairperson of Garrets International.
